Professional instruction by USSF B licensed coach, Shelley Beck. Private 1:1, 2:1 Professional Soccer Instruction

Training available Mondays or Wednesdays 4 - 5 or 5 - 6pm at Perrigo Park, Redmond and Tuesdays and Thursdays at Marymoor Park, Redmond from 5 - 6 or 6 - 7pm.

Three part instructional sessions:
This is designed for players that are seeking professional 1:1 instruction and are willing to practice at home for 10 days on their ball skills then receive a follow up session.
  1. Initial training: One hour 1:1 training with USSF licensed coach Shelley Beck ($70.00 value)
  2. Home training: ~ NEW~ at home 10 day training DVD and check off spreadsheet ($20.00 value donated to Autism ADF)
  3. Follow up:1 hour 1:1 training with Coach Shelley ($70 value)

Four consecutive 1:1 training sessions:
  1. Day 1:Technical dribbling skills
  2. Day 2:Finishing: crossing and shooting
  3. Day 3:Passing, turns and heading
  4. Day 4:Tactical defensive training and fitness (speed, strength, agility drills)
 $200.00
One hour group training session:
Team training: customized team/group training session for any age or skill levels (recommended 6-12 players please) 		$100.00
